Equipment
The only required equipment for practices will be goggles, a swim cap, & water! We will provided kickboards and pull buoys when we wish to utilize them in our practices. If you do not wish for your swimmer(s) to use shared equipment, then please plan to have your swimmer bring those as well. Kickboards and pull buoys can be purchased at the Carolina Swim Shop (at SwimMAC by the Charlotte Latin School campus on Providence Road) or online at www.swimoutlet.com
OPTIONAL: Our older swimmers (11+ age group) may bring training fins and a swim snorkel (also found at Carolina Swim Shop or on SwimOutlet website) to practice if they would like. We willl integrate use of these into practices if enough swimmers have the equipment.
