Welcome to our Weddington Chase Pool!
We are so excited to have you on our pool deck this week. Please find our team reps on the pool deck if you need anything or have any questions at all. Here is some information about our location and pool that may be helpful:

Our visiting teams will set up on the slide side of our pool. Please feel free to bring chairs as seating around the pool deck is limited. As you approach the clubhouse on foot, you will go toward the left side of the building where there is a sidewalk leading to the pool gate - this gate will be unlocked for visitor entry during meets. As you enter the gate, the slide side of the pool will be all the way to your right. We ask that you do not set up chairs on the covered patio to keep the area clear for our lifeguards, runners and concessions.
*Parking - Please ask your families to park only on the clubhouse side of Stonehaven Drive once the lot fills. We will have signs up to deter them from parking on the opposite side. There is no parking on the circle drive that goes right by the front door of the clubhouse.
*Concessions - A variety of concessions will be available, & we will try to get a menu out to you that you can share with your families before the meet. Cash & cards are both accepted. We will offer several vouchers for your coaches and team reps to enjoy a meal during the meet.
*Heatsheets - We will have 6 heatsheets available for your coaches & clerk of course. We will not be selling heatsheets at our meets, but we will be sure you have a PDF of the heatsheet that you can share with your famliies. We will post a heat sheet on the glass doors to the right of concessions and another will be posted back in the clerk of course area. We also encourage your families to print one before they leave home and to use the swimtopia mobile app as we will do our best to update event/heat in the app for those trying to follow along.
Our Pool - We host a 6-lane meet in our 25 meter pool. For 10&U relays, we will be doing in-water starts at the shallow end of the pool (2nd & 4th swimmer in 10&U relays only).
*There will be no use of the semicircles during the meet - thank you so much!
*No alcoholic beverages or glass containers are permitted on the pool deck during any swim team activity - thank you!
*If you have any swimmers or families with special needs, please let us know! We are happy to help make your experience the best it can possibly be at our WC pool!
